Accessibility
We believe great design is for everyone. We are committed to providing a website and shopping experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.
Our commitment
- We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across key user flows (browsing, search, product detail, cart, checkout, account).
- We strive for inclusive UX that works with assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition, and alternative input devices.
Measures we take
- Use of semantic HTML and proper heading structure.
- Text alternatives for non‑text content (alt text for informative images, labels for controls).
- Sufficient color contrast and scalable typography.
- Keyboard navigability and visible focus states.
- Captions or transcripts for time‑based media we control.
- Consistent navigation patterns and feedback.
- Regular audits of new templates and components before release.
Current conformance status
Our goal is WCAG 2.2 AA conformance. Some third‑party content or integrations (e.g., payment gateways, embedded social feeds, carrier tracking pages) may not fully meet WCAG criteria because we do not control their code. We continuously work with vendors to improve accessibility.
Compatibility with browsers & assistive tech
Our site is designed to be compatible with:
-
The latest two versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox;
-
Mobile browsers on current iOS and Android;
-
Leading screen readers (e.g., NVDA/JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS/iOS).
Some older browsers or OS versions may not support all features.
Technical specifications
Accessibility relies on the following technologies for compatibility: HTML, WAI‑ARIA, CSS, JavaScript, and standard web browser features.
Known limitations & alternatives
While we strive for WCAG 2.2 AA, you may encounter:
- Occasional missing alt text on non‑critical decorative imagery;
- Rare instances where keyboard focus order could be improved;
- Third‑party widgets with limited keyboard or screen‑reader support.
If you face a barrier, we want to help immediately. See “Feedback & assistance” below for fast support and alternatives (e.g., placing an order by email).

Requesting accommodations
We can provide reasonable accommodations such as: assistance completing a purchase, alternate document formats (e.g., accessible PDFs), and individualized support for account or order questions. Email [accessibility@iuufu.com] to request an accommodation.
Ongoing testing & governance
- Self‑evaluation: routine checks using automated tools and manual testing.
- User testing: periodic sessions with keyboard and screen‑reader users.
- Vendor management: accessibility requirements included in our vendor selection where feasible.
- Training: our team receives periodic training on accessible content and UI patterns.
Third‑party content & apps
Some features are powered by third parties. While we cannot control their code, we choose vendors that demonstrate accessibility commitments and we report issues we find. For inaccessible third‑party content, we offer equivalent alternatives on request.
Formal complaints
If you feel your accessibility concern was not addressed to your satisfaction, you may escalate to [legal@iuufu.com] with the subject “Accessibility Complaint.” Please include your ticket ID (if any). You may also have rights to seek resolution through your local consumer protection authority.
